Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order by calling 9880563523 or emailing cakeboy7171@gmail.com with your order/payment ID.

Cancellation Timeframes

• Before preparation: Full refund if cancelled within 30 minutes of placing the order
• During preparation: 50% refund if cancelled before the order is out for delivery
• Out for delivery: Cancellation not possible; refer to our Refund Policy for quality issues
• Advance orders: Free cancellation up to 4 hours before the scheduled delivery time

How to Cancel

2. Provide your Payment ID or Order ID
3. State the reason for cancellation
4. Receive confirmation within 30 minutes

Refund Timeline

Approved cancellation refunds are processed within 5-7 business days through Razorpay to your original payment method.

Modifications

Order modifications (address, delivery slot, product changes) can be made up to 2 hours before delivery by contacting our support team.
