Eligible for Refund

• Order not delivered within the promised timeframe (2 hours for same-day orders)
• Significantly damaged or spoiled product upon delivery
• Wrong product delivered
• Order cancelled at least 4 hours before scheduled delivery

Not Eligible for Refund

• Change of mind after order preparation has begun
• Recipient unavailable at delivery address
• Incorrect address provided by customer
• Minor variations in product appearance from images
• Customised/photo cakes once production has started

Refund Process

Contact us within 2 hours of delivery at 9880563523 or cakeboy7171@gmail.com with your order ID and photos (if applicable). Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method via Razorpay.

Replacement Policy

In most cases, we prefer offering a free replacement rather than a refund. Our team will work with you to resolve any issues promptly.
